Mission:
The Chanel Choir envisions itself as a center of excellence in singing. To be a role model of the family and community with desirable attitude and social ethics.

Vision:
To develop in our youth a sound character, noble spirit and to make them a better Christian in service to our Lord.

History:
It was May 5, 1975 when CHANCEL CHOIR of San Roque de Manila Parish was organized by 5 young men. They were Rey Dumaran, Henry Macam, Jun Ochangco, Steve Oquendo and Ronald Perez who decided to serve the Lord through their talent in singing. A message of our Mother Mary inspired them that “If men only know what eternity is how they would amend their lives. Men must do penance and sacrifice.” For so many years the CHANCEL CHOIR enhances the young to join with them.
Now, it is a silent gift of nature… older, stronger, closer and warmer in serving the Lord. They may not have everything to enjoy life but they have life to enjoy everything. They choose to do nice things because life is happier that way.
