Sell whatever you want provided it is legal. Site has very few rules. Assume whatever you post to sell is "First Come First Served" (FCFS). There is not minimum amount of time to wait on someone once they say they are interested, if you are interested then set something up with the seller. If you want to bid more than asking price to get the seller's attention, go for it! Some people will hate this approach, others will love it. You can post that you are looking for something, that's fine. I don't care if you advertise your business, just try to keep it to once a week. I think once a week is enough, more than that and I might knock you off. Bump every 3 days is plenty for regular items for sale. I do not want to see any of the "work from home" ads, etc... Those will be deleted. I am going to try to keep the postings clean for people selling items and looking for items to buy. Rentals can be listed.
If someone has put a screwy price on an item, I don't care if you call them out, just have your facts straight and be prepared to handle any typed out backlash you might receive (people trying to screw others over don't care for being called out). Comment all you want on posts, compliment them, beat them up, whatever, free speech...
If you PM someone, let them know in the comments because if it gets stuck in that "other" box they might never see it. If they don't see it and sell elsewhere, well it is what it is...
If you decide not to buy or sell the item as agreed upon let the other party know in advance... Everyone changes their mind sometimes so be courteous enough to give a heads up. Arranging a meet, and not showing will get you kicked out of the group. Be funny, sarcastic, rude, whatever you want on the site, but when meeting extend courtesy...

Honestly there aren't many rules at all. Go be honest, share your thoughts and opinions, be funny, bump once every 3 days, list your business once a week, bid items up if you want and when you arrange a purchase/sale show up when agreed upon or let them know well in advance you are backing out.
