MOPS is an international organization that meets at the Chapel on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 9:15-11:30!
We are a christian-based organization, but we have moms of all walks of life, and all beliefs. Our goal is to encourage each other in the everyday struggles and blessings of motherhood. Together, we make better mom's. Sometimes all it takes is a couple hours of encouraging friendships, uplifting words, and a hot cup of coffee to start another week with a fresh outlook.
During our meetings, our children are cared for in our MOPPETS program. We have amazing volunteers who lovingly care for our children so that our mom's can enjoy a couple hours of "mommy time."
MOPS is for all mom's with children infancy through kindergarten. This year we are also adding a mentor option, if you kids have grown past the preschool age and you would like to support and offer your wisdom to those who are still mothering in that time of their life we would love to have you! NOTE: This year due to funding being cut by the Chapel and their ever shrinking budget, we are having to charge dues to make all of the fun events and crafts happen. The prices will be as follows:
