Who's up for a holiday challenge? I got this from Runners World Magazine. The challenge is to run, walk, run/walk, walk/run at least one mile a day everyday from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. This is a great way to keep from adding too many lb's during the holidays. Everybody can fit at least one mile in a day, right? Lets do this!!
