On the 3rd of March 2011 Welsh voters will go to the Polls to decide whether the National Assembly gains Primary legislative powers or Not.
The Current LCO system is slow, inefficient and expensive. The National Assembly has to go begging to Westminster every time it wishes to pass a law. A Yes vote would sort this problem out.
