The Nashville Midwife Community is a group of Midwives, both CNM (typically hospital birthing) and direct entry midwives (home birthing), birth advocates, doulas, child birth educators, moms and others who are interested in the Midwifery Model of Care. Out goal is to reach more people and to provide greater resources for women seeking options in their maternity and well-women care. Under the files page you will find plenty of resources in regards to midwives, doulas, writing a birth plan, lists for what you need to bring to a hospital birth, what is needed for a home birth, etc. Please check out these docs as they provide plenty of great information and may answer many of your questions!
