Fermoy Concert Band was first established in 1923 and revived in 2000. The band has almost a complete range of instruments to comprise a proper concert band. The band is currently conducted by Ruairi Dineen (MA B mus).
It consists of 4 preforming groups:
-Mini Mozart (pre-teen beginners)
-Training Band (Early stages of development)
-Fermoy Youth Band (Teens at intermediate stage)
-Senior group namely Fermoy Concert Band.
The bands have a broad repetoire including popular, light classical and wind music.
