Sadly we are here because of a shared journey with breast cancer and we all cope with this journey differently. An open and frank conversation is always great but let's be mindful of others and try to keep a positive conversation so that it may lift others up and give us hope for the future while on Tamoxifen! While many of us suffer side effects, it's not all doom and gloom :-)
