1. ALL items are to posted in a album... If you are posting from a phone then its 3 items per hour..
2. ONLY 1 bump every 12 hours and only on 3 items can be bumped. DO NOT BUMP YOUR ITEMS OUT OF THE ALBUM IT WILL BE DELETED! JUST BUMP THE ALBUM...
3. No posting of Avon or Mary Kay etc. it will get deleted along with yourself... if you have the items in hand and just want to get rid of it then that is fine...
4. No bash talking one another in a post, if you got a problem contact one of your administrators...
5. Henderson will be allowed to post in this site also but you have to post that you are located in henderson but you must be willing to come closer to Oxford to sell...
6. NO selling pets on this site.. it got out of hand on the old site... if you lost your pet you are allowed to post it on here just make sure you delete the post once the pet is found...
7. MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF ALL... If you post a item and it gets sold you are to delete the item and or picture... if you d not then the picture WILL get deleted along with yourself no questions asked...
8. NO babysitting jobs... it got out of hand on the old site also...
9. NO BUSINESS ON THIS SITE... that includes no salon or hairstyling, no working on cars or computers etc.
10. NO other yardsale sites allowed for any matter...

15. This is a grownup site so please act like grownups... if you can't make a meeting please message the person to let them know... after 3 no shows you will be deleted and banned...
16. After 2 weeks and your item is not sold it will get deleted... you can donate it to a local goodwill...
