This is a group to Buy, Sell & Trade new, used and other items. You may not post firearms or ammo of any type, personal solicitations, diet products or pills, drugs, alcohol or tobacco products, work from home ads, home parties, services or gimmicks. Any replica or “knock off” items that are copyrighted are not allowed on this page. If you post an item (examples are but not limited to: baby formula, food, cereal and diapers) for sale on here that has been provided to you through any type of government assistance (WIC or Medicaid for example) please know that report all those posts to along with a screen shot of the post directly to the local WIC and Medicaid offices for investigation to prevent abuse and misuse.
Any more than 2 pictures MUST be posted in an album, not individually on the page. (Directions for creating an album from a mobile device are listed at the end of this post) You may not bump your item unless it has been listed for more than 1 week. Even then, do not bump each individual item from your album, please bump the entire album as a whole by commenting on the album and NOT each individual picture. Please post your item description and price with your picture and not in a comment after the picture is posted. Please do not comment on your individual pictures at all unless you have been asked a question regarding said item from another member or unless you are bumping your item within the set time frame for bumping. Your picture must be deleted within 24 hours of sale of the item. If you do not have a price listed within the description of your item your post will be deleted. If you are selling an item please reply to all questions and inquiries to buy within 24 hours. If you do not reply to potential buyers within 24 hours admin will assume your item has been sold and delete your post.
You may post an advertisement for your Garage Sale but your post must be removed within 24 hours of the end of your sale. If you are posting pictures of your sale with your ad be sure you adhere to the albums rule above.
We do not regulate nor guarantee sales. Sellers may sell to whomever they wish and are not required to hold any item. If they choose to that is their right as well. Just because you have commented on a picture does not mean it is yours to buy until an agreement is made between both the seller and the buyer. Once you have bought that item it is yours. There are no warranties implied or expressed on this page. Buyer beware: realize you are buying a used item. For safety purposed try to meet your party in a public place and never give a buyer an item until you have received payment in full for your item.
