if it says the person saw your message and hasnt responded to you within 10 - 15 minutes you may move on to the next person in line. Dont make up an excuse of why you cant meet as in someone died. If someone really did die the other person doesnt need to know that! just say you can meet you have personal issues. Make sure to look in your other folder in messages or have both people do a message so you will get the messages. If someone messaged you 20 minutes before meeting and says they cant meet then that is ok.

please report no shows...a no show is someone that hasnt told you there not coming. Dont be rude to people that asks if you can remind them about it. Alot of people have busy schedules and may forget easily.
