1. If you have more than 2 pictures PLEASE PUT THEM IN AN ALBUM. After something is sold please delete the picture. If you have any problems please contact Kelly Deane or Erin Marie Stevens for assistance. Also, please don't bump a bunch of pictures out of your album all at once, that takes up too much room on the wall. Just do a few at a time and/or bump the whole album up.
2. First comment gets first dibs, whether it's "I want" "interested in" asking a question, or whatever else. If you tag someone on a post that is not yours, thinking that they might want or need the item, that doesn't count as a want for you. If the person you tagged responds first, they have first dibs. If someone else comments first they have first dibs and the person you tagged has to get in line. Only exception to this rule is #4.
3. Once someone has commented on a post they have 24 hours to respond to say if they want it or not. Once that time has passed or the person passes you may move to the next person.
4. Pets ARE allowed. This is the ONLY exception to the first dibs rule. I trust that you will not just give it to the first person, but to the best person for that pet. But be respectful of the order in which they comment.
5. Please no drama. I know it will happen, we're human, but let's try to keep it to a minimum. If you have a problem please contact Dave Willett, Erin Marie Stevens, or Kelly Deane.
6. You may post links to other sites as long as they are appropriate. But please not flood the page with them! Once or twice a day should be enough.
7. NOTHING ILLEGAL examples: guns, drugs, illegal drug paraphernalia, illegal copies of cd's or dvd's, etc.
8. NO out of state sales/home based business please. Only northern Indiana, southern Michigan. They will be deleted and member will be banned.
We are not responsible for anything that happens during a sale or bad goods you may buy. You are responsible for checking items before you exchange money. If not satisfied with an item after sale, please contact the seller through a personal message do not slander their name on the page. If you can not get a hold of the seller please contact one of us, and we will try to take care of it.
