The lack of recycling opportunities in Knob Noster is well behind the times so I'd like to try to ease this town into it. My first goal is to start establishing multiple plastic bag drop points throughout the town. The closest drop point that's not on Whiteman AFB is all the way in Warrensburg. Help and advice are welcome in trying to keep Knob Noster beautiful.
