RULES:
BE RESPECTFUL, KIND AND FAIR.
~NO buying/selling/giving away of pets. However, Lost and Found Pet Posts are welcome.
~Please post asking prices on all photos. Items without prices will be removed. This means EACH individual photo, not just a blurb at the top of a group of photos. Photos without prices will be deleted after an hour.
~This is not an auction site, please do not offer sellers more than their asking price.
~Trades are allowed.
~If you are able to, please post photos in an album. This will make them much easier to find later.
~Do NOT post duplicate photos. Find your originals and bump them up. If you need help finding them, ask.
~Please only bump items once every 24 hours, to a maximum of 15 items per day. There is no limit on posting new items.
~Consideration should be given to potential buyers in order, beginning with the first person to comment or ask a question. Please give people 12 hours to respond, before moving on to the next person. If you PM a seller about an item, please ALSO comment on the post so that everyone knows where they are in line. If the buyer doesn't comment, then the seller needs to say they received a PM.
~Tagging someone else on an item does NOT give that person a place in line until they comment themselves.
~If items are posted elsewhere, please state that.
~If you are not located in Prince Edward County, please post your general location on all items.
~Please remove all ‘sold’ items as soon as the item has been picked up.
~Please delete any unsold items after one month. Wait a month, and then repost for a month.
~Sellers are not required to hold items for buyers. If items are large/in the way etc, sellers may state that they need the item picked up by a certain day.
~ Reps for Avon, Scentsy, Tupperware etc are NOT allowed to post those items for sale (as per your contract). You can post a link to your page though.
~No selling of real estate by agents. Private sales are fine.
~If selling event tickets, you may not ask more than face value. It is illegal.
~No selling of fake purses/bags, even if you state that they are fake.
~These rules also apply to items being offered for FREE.
~Please check over your purchases upon pick-up, to be sure you are happy with them. Everything is ‘buyer beware‘, same as any regular yard sale. We, as administrators, can not force anyone to return your money if you aren’t happy. However, anyone repeatedly selling items not as described/pictured will be removed from the site.
~Blocking an administrator will result in you being removed from the site.
~If someone has been banned from the site, anyone found to be letting that person use their account to post will ALSO be banned.
