This group is for: buying, selling, trading, In Search Of (ISO) and giving away free items locally in the GVRD area.
No selling any kind of pets, any type of weapon or drug paraphenalia.
No spam, or offers of making fast money or Online Stores or Weight Loss marketing. We will try to delete as soon as we see postings.
This is not a bidding site, as well, no low balling, which means insulting the seller with a cheap price.
When your item is sold, please delete your posting or let an Admin know that its been sold.
Please give a description of items being sold, such as condition, make/model, price, location to be picked up/dropped off. If its a cell phone, type of phone, locked/unlocked, company, etc.
Items sold are strictly between Seller and Buyer, Admins are not responsible. Ensure what you are buying works, is in good condition, or you make an agreement of some sort for a refund. Nothing is guaranteed on this site, so its buyer beware.
Seller should sell to first person who is willing to pick up and pay right away, unless seller agrees to wait until an interested buyer is able to come up with money, its up to the discretion of the seller.
Do not keep re-posting the same thing over every day, just have one posting. You can bump up your posting as well. Any reposts will be deleted. If you have many items for sale, please create an Album, so as not to take up a lot of space, not everyone is interested in seeing the same type of items over and over.
Anything over a week old will be deleted, so make sure to update and repost your item.
Being disrespectful,rude, and making nasty comments and you will be deleted. As well as stalking or harassing other members,if you do, you will be deleted automatically.
