I hate to have to state this, but apparently it has to be in writing for people to understand.
* I have ZERO tolerance for swearing on this page, I don't care why you are swearing if you fell the need to swear do it somewhere else.
* If you don't want to pay the price that someone is offering you may give them a offer, but don't be mad if they don't take it.
* If they turn down the offer you give then let it be, there is no need for fighting. (Seriously is it worth it?)
* If you over price your items, don't expect people to pay that price.
* As Admin I get final say, if you starting fighting in any way, expect I just may delete you from this site.
* If you have noticed your post being deleted there is a good chance because you have done multi posts about the same thing. If you do a album they wont be deleted. I can't stand seeing 5 posts with in a day from the same "business" I allow business posts, but please keep them under control or I will delete them.
* This is a Laramie area page, if you are not from Laramie and can't get the stuff here don't expect people to buy it.
*Along with the NO DRAMA rule, I have found it is now necessary to state a few rules that I thought were common sense.
If you are given something for FREE, do not turn around and try to sell it. Not only does that leave people with a bad taste about you, but what if that person really needed the money from selling that item and now they are out the money and the item. So if I see or hear of this happening I will delete the post and I will delete the person doing this as well.
*Also I don't mind direct selling posts but there are a few people who are going OVER BOARD on post about their business. So with that being said you are only aloud to post once a week, about a business. This does include other businesses that are not direct sells. I will send out a warning then after that I will delete you from this page.
* So in short lets just be adults on here, and all should be good.
