if you post an item and someone inquires please consider them interested in the item and wait for them to pass before offering to next in line They can NOT PM they are interested, it MUST be on the comment section of the item TO BE FAIR. So, even if someone asks a question on the item, consider them interested. If no response for 24 hours, then the next in line is up. This same thing applies to each person in line who inquires. Give the person 24 hours to pass before going onto the next in line. If you are doing best offer then give the first person in line a chance to match or better the offer.
Please be courteous with item pickup. The seller has the right to move to the next interested person, if someone does not show up to pick up an item with no notice.
Making comments under an item to just be rude will result in AUTOMATIC REMOVAL.
Tagging someone in a post does NOT hold it for that person. It is not fair, if the person that's posting is interested they should check with that person but we will NOT wait for that person to reply.
Take a picture of your item for sale, post it on the group wall, and include any necessary information in the description of the item/photo INCLUDING THE PRICE and Location.
It is ILLEGAL to sell Knock off purses, and that includes here.
FALSE ADVERTISING WON'T BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
The administrator has the right to remove anyone at anytime for any reason. I will only remove if it is necessary and a serious infarction happens.
- PLEASE DON'T ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS or post products sold through your store/outlet. YARD SALE CONTENT ONLY but feel free to list your house, car, etc-why not??.
- Immediately REMOVE/DELETE any SOLD items from the group as soon as item is picked up. Until then list item as sold pending pickup.
This is a yard sale site so returns are at the sellers discretion. No returning b/c you changed your mind. Resell for the same price if you'd like on this site.
