Welcome! My name is Lisa and I'm a Team Beachbody Coach. I have created this Beachbody Multi-Fitness Group for Women so that we could come together and share our love and passion for fitness, health & nutrition. I want a safe and friendly environment, just for women. We can post without worries of being judged or criticized. I want a place where we didn't have to focus solely on one Beachbody fitness program. Many of us, including me, mix and match our Beachbody DVDs week to week. Feel free to chat about your current Beachbody fitness program, your plans for future programs and ask any questions you have during your health and fitness journey.
I strongly ask that my request for "No Advertising of ANY Sort" be respected so that our women feel safe and free from solicitation.
