1. Only "3" posts with 1 photoin each post per person, at any given time, you can post 1 collage of numerous items using a collage app which is alot easier with prices & description clearly marked etc.
2. ONLY bump every 24hrs no less, deleting & then reposting your ad before timeframe is the same as bumping. After last comment on add wait 24hrs before you bump.
3. DO NOT POST the sale or FREE to a good home of pets & animals on here. If you have found someone's pet or missing a pet, you are welcome to post some information on here.
4. DO NOT POST business's in the sales page please post under BUSINESS POST ONLY &/or on the pinned post at top of page. This includes dealer car sales and fundraisers.
5. DO NOT post personal email's, text's and photo's of people on here if you have a problem, you can contact us admins if there is a problem and we will look into it.
6. ALL ITEMS need to have a "FULL" description of the item (size, color, condition) and a PRICE. If this is not done your ad will be deleted. Do not ask for offer's unless you have a base price.
7. Please don't be rude! If your going to be rude go and moan on a moaner's page and get your moaning done there... not here. Not our fault if you do the wrong thing!
8. No selling of illegal weapons, drugs, booze, tobacco etc.
9. No selling of Baby & Childrens car seats without a manufacture date, condition (mould, dirt stains etc) do NOT list especially if the seat itself has most of all been in an accident! You will be held responsible for someone's family's loved one....it sunsafe people do the right thing...check out the australian compliance EVERYTHING do not buy unless you check out!!!!!..
10. Do not ask for charity this is a buy and sell site only. If someone would like to give something away for free and advertised it for free thats fine, but please do not put any unconfirmed life stories on here asking for free stuff.
11. If someone makes an offer and you agree to sell your item to that person for the agreed price, that's a done deal. If afterwards someone offers more, the item is to go to the 1st person as agreed. If you want more for your item don't take an offer. This is really cruel and very poor selling!
12. Asking a question does NOT mean it's sold to you. If there is a NIL after asking a question that's a SOLD (person wanting to purchase the item...common sence)... Then NIL from there on. If you are really intereested say SOLD pending question.
