Felony Tone Fitness is a motivation and accountability group focused on improving one's health and wellness. The name of the group has its origin in law enforcement, where I have worked for nearly 10 years. When there is a PRIORITY call, one of urgent nature, the felony tone is sounded to alert units on the road. Hence, your health and well being should be YOUR priority.
My goal is, through mutual respect, encouragement and open discussion, to help people improve their physical and emotional health by incorporating physical activity into their daily routine, eating clean, healthy foods, and making someone else's day better by your actions.
I do not claim to have any special skills or knowledge. Admittedly, when I joined an accountability exercise group through a friend, I did not think I would benefit. How wrong I was!!! Weight loss, more energy, better outlook on life and less aches and pains was only the beginning.
The tipping point to start my own group was when my daughter received an award from a local 'optimist' club. Only then, did I recognize how little emphasis is placed on the CORRECT decisions people make on a daily basis. Hopefully, this group can help you focus on that energy as well.
Topics will include fitness, nutrition, acts of kindness, and the benefits of living simply. This group has no religious or underhanded business goal. Yes, I am a Beach Body Coach. However, that is because I use the products to advance my health, not to make money. I am more than happy to share my experiences with you, but the benefits are already apparent to me.
