Class is at 1015, Mon-Fri. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we meet at a Tower and do a Beach Body workout (T25, Turbo Fire, P90X, etc). Tuesday and Thursday we meet at Purdy for weight lifting and cardio. Look for weekly posts for more specific information.
