English is the main language of Bismarck/Mandan Garage Sale Clothes Only facebook group. Having alot of group type in Facebook: close, open and secret and it is a CLOSED group. There are 4,240 participants in that group. So people rank it like a Medium group. You can find this group by searching 285946948105308 on Google, Bing or Yahoo. Site RULES: If your profile does not show where you live we will not add you to our group. We are only adding members that live within an hour and a half travel time.
1. ONLY CLOTHES
2. Post Shoes
3. No Business ads. example, no consultants selling...new, old, or out of stock inventory
4. No homemade or refurbished items you made to sell
5. NO ALBUMS: We are using one picture posts and any additional pictures can be added in comments.
6. Do not Post a concern, question, or no show -PM (personal message) an Administrator
7. No Inappropriate language- we are all adults, have respect for one another
8. No shows- you will be permanently blocked as admin becomes aware of it.
9. No bumping, commenting "still available", editing your ad, and deleting your ad and re-listing it in LESS than 24 hours. "Remember, administrators see all"
-Bumping means: moving your add to the top of the page, which is only allowed ONCE every 24 hours
10. If you are waiting for your item to be picked up and paid for, do NOT comment your item is SOLD. You may put PPU (pending pick up)....once the item is paid for, deleted your ad right away. Also do not put SOLD PPU
-NOTE: an item cannot be sale pending for more than 5 days
11. As a buyer don't start your first comment with a question. Say you are interested and then send the buyer PM ( personal message).
12. As a seller, the first person to comment "interested" or "I will take this", is FIRST in line to purchase the item.
13. Normally the rule of thumb is 24 hours to wait for a response from a buyer, but if you have people next in line, you may use your own discretion.
14. You do NOT have to hold an item for any buyer
15. No selling of illegal contraband
16. All items must have a price, "make offer" is not allowed
17. This is not an auction site, do not offer more just to get the item
18. Absolutely no weapons of any sort
****If for any reason your ad is not within the rule description or you are not following the Rules, the administrators have the right to delete you and/or your ad!!!!
**GARAGE SALES OR RUMMAGE SALES** They are to be listed under the Events tab. This also includes flea markets, craft fairs or craft shows, etc.
***Delete 1 week old ads if an ad is 7 days old it needs to be removed***
