Members should be posting anything related to training. Instructors should be posting stuff in relation to any excersizes the members should be doing at home if there is no class. Classes are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays at 6 pm and end around 8 pm or when personnel are to tired to do anymore. So far the 1st 30 days of training is Strength & Endurance Training. After your done with that you will be doing Mild Strength & Endurance and Martial Arts. First is Base, then we work from there. If you have any questions please let us know.
