Horse Lovers NEEDED!
It is a DESPERATE PLEA this winter for many midwest farms, and Buck Creek Farm is no exception!

HELP NEEDED FOR FEEDING A LOVING FARM OF ANIMALS
It takes 6000 lbs / (3 tons) PER WEEK TO FEED THIS FARM
(contribution receipts provided)

This past year, the midwest region has been stricken by lack of hay, due to the drought. It is an epidemic for farming communities and even thriving horse industry businesses, all through the region.

Another of Wisconsin's family-run farms has been hard-hit by the drought effects on the region's hay shortage, and skyrocketing prices to acquire hay for feeding farm animals this winter.

Neely Lisney’s family farm is on 22 acres on Buck Creek Road in Ferryville near Crawford City, and just two and a half miles from the Mississippi River - is struggling in terrible fear, and is no exception of the desperate need for help.

The family has been forced to worry, in serious despair, and has fallen on the hardest of times. Neely mentioned that the family didn’t have a giving Christmas this year…And once known for their giving generosity and caring for others, (by taking in rescue equine and animals big & small from others on hard times, or animals found in hardship........
~Buck Creek Farm.... now needs some rescuing of its own~

A struggle to keep the farm well fed and stable, week by week, this farm includes senior horses that date back to the owner's childhood, as well as disabled horses, and former rescued and unwanted horses - and even horses from the kill pens and horses dropped onto the farms hands.

In addition, to the 28 horses, the farm is very lively with donkeys and mules, a pot-bellied pig, a goat, a few cattle, chickens and dogs. Neely is seeking REHOMING for many of the farm’s healthy and thriving equine. Please inquire if you can help give a caring home.

Won’t YOU HELP keep tummies warm this winter? Neely, a young and hard worker, who works at a dairy company said she ‘never thought it would come to this….’ and only asks for a little help to buy HAY in order to get the animals through this winter. Otherwise, there is little to no hope left-- the family is fighting to hang on....

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR HAY NEEDED: VIA PAYPAL @ Lpaintedancer@aol.com THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your kindness is appreciated by many sweet animals!

PLEASE CONTACT NEELY LISNEY (Buck Creek Road Farm) OR
