3. Please post a brief description of item(s) you would like to sell/trade including Furniture, jewelry, toys, sports equipment, gently used/new clothing etc. Include price, location and if item(s) are cross posted. If selling more than a few items please create an album.
NOTE: There will be a limit of 10 posts in a 24 hour period. You may “bump” your post to make it more current, no more than 3 times a week and if no activity post(s) will be deleted after 4 weeks without warning.
5. Send pick up details via private message (PM). Please give at least 24 hrs to hear back before moving to the next interested member (or a time frame you as the seller have set with your buyer). Please be fair.

6. Once you have completed a transaction, kindly REMOVE the post entirely from the site.
7. Tagging your friend in a post, does not hold them a place in line on any given item. First place starts with the first person who comments "interested".
8. BUYERS:If you agreed to buy an item and made arrangements for pick-up and can't make it……COMMUNICATE with the seller! It is very frustrating when someone no shows and stops communicating. If this happens several times and the admin get complaints you may be REMOVED as a member.
9. Please note that selling of knock-off items such as handbags and wallets is illegal on a state and federal level. Please DO NOT sell used make-up items on this site. If you post such ads you will be REMOVED and BANNED from the site.
