Welcome to School of the Seers Hangout!
Jonathan Welton is the founder of ‘School of the Seers Hangout’ and is the author of the book “School of the Seers”. This group is for anyone who operates in the spiritual realm as a New Covenant prophet/seer or who desires to operate as a prophet/seer under the New Covenant. We believe and agree with the Word of God in 1 Corinthians 14:31 which states that “all can prophesy” and with Ephesians 4:11-13 which states: “So Christ Himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip His people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” We believe that the Spiritual gifts are for today. (1 Corinthians 12:5-11) We, as members of this hangout agree to seek after that growth in unity and knowledge and we desire to mature in all the gifts by the help of the Lord.
To become active in the Gifts of the Spirit, we recommend doing the numerous activations we have developed under the Lord’s guidance on this site. These are exercises with the Lord which draws us into more intimacy with Him, giving Him free reign as He works with us to develop our gifting. All members who are received into School of the Seers Hangout must agree to abide by these guidelines as the Lord has laid out for us. We have developed a Mentor post where you will have easy access to many of Jonathan Welton’s teachings. There are excerpts from books, numerous video teachings, articles and also a link to his free book “Raptureless”. Because the book inspired this Hangout, it is highly recommended that you read “School of the Seers” written by Jonathan Welton. The book is the common thread for this group and sets the standard of teaching for how we are to approach operating in the spirit realm with our spiritual senses activated. It is a practical manual for teaching any believer how to interact with the unseen realm. The purpose of the book “School of the Seers” is to equip the Body of Christ with the information needed to walk maturely in the supernatural and to experience the spirit realm, fully equipped, with Kingdom authority.
