Please make sure when listing items that they are clean and free of stains and/or rips (unless stated in description)!
Also if u have pets and the item may contain some pet hair, please add that into the description too or try to clean it the best you can... Children might have allergies!
Books, Toys and other children items are allowed, but they must be in good used condition.. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY LISTING CHILDREN ITEMS.

We have had some issues with ppl not showing up or saying they want things then not buying them or not telling the seller that they have changed their minds..If you want an item please post WANT under the item, then get with seller/buyer to coordinate pickup/drop off times.. PICKUP FOR ITEMS MUST HAPPEN WITHIN 48 hours of saying that you want that item.. To keep the page new and fresh, please delete all items after they have been sold/picked up! Also EVERY item that is posted MUST have a picutre, price and location..
Buyer is responsible for picking up items from seller unless otherwise setup between parties for meeting place or dropoff :)
