A friendly running group for ladies of all shapes, sizes and abilities. Its about running to get fitter and meet new friends.
We run every Monday, meeting at 6.30pm at the Prince of Wales Stadium. It's just £2 a session. There is ample free parking in the Stadium car park.
We offer three groups (Pink, Amber and Green) so all levels are accommodated, and offer runs of 3-6 miles each week with different routes all the time.
