Welcome to the BRANCHBURG NEIGHBORS Facebook Group !
The group is meant to keep residents as well as other folks who either live, work, or are affiliated with the community, informed about activities and other happenings in Branchburg as well discuss any activities, proposals, opinions and concerns/issues in the community.
This page has no affiliation with Branchburg Township. It is simply about neighbors being good neighbors and helping each other out and discussing issues that are fun and light-hearted or relevant.
This group can be used to let each other know if there are roads closed, power outages, police activity or a lost dog in the area etc…. Other examples would be to let the community know about kid's activities - school functions, town events, community fundraisers, events, issues and/or concerns.
If you are offering services please post on this page on FRIDAYS ONLY - There will be a post put up on Fridays called BUSINESS FRIDAY - under that post in the comments section you should post your business or service. ---- Please do not monopolize the page to promote your business on any other day or post other than on the BUSINESS FRIDAY.
If you are offering services: for example: baker, chef, gardener or dressmaker and someone asks if any member knows of a good local resource, then you can reply to that post with your business or service.
If you have a profile that is under a year and/or no information, page photo etc... we cannot approve your participation in this page.
It is important to be clear in that EVERYONE is entitled to their opinion and should be allowed to share it freely without feeling bullied or ignored. Inappropriate language is not permitted.
The hope is that this can be a friendly place for everyone. We do not want to have too many rules nor make it difficult for anyone and we will work out the kinks as we go along and the group grows.
