This group is to get rid of your unwanted "junk" and finding bargains. Lets say it's like a goodwill, but a little cheaper :)
This group has very little rules.
1. If more than 9 pictures, please create an album. (There is no rule on how to create an album)
2. If you're not in the cities of Antioch,Brentwood, or Oakley, and want to post on this site YOU CAN, but you must meet in the three cities listed above.
3. Please be true to what you're asking for, state the condition, price, and location.
4. The first person to show interest has first dibs. If that person passes it goes to the NEXT INTERESTED person and so on.
5.Please give the interested person time to make arrangements with you. (4-6 hours is a good time frame.)
6. If the seller agrees with the first buyer to comment "interested" (this does not go by first one who messages the seller). The buyer should state "sold" if they already arranged, a pick up time with the seller. You should not sell your item, to another buyer just because they're offering you a higher price for your item. That's not right.
