Charter of The Brotherhood of Greenwater
The Brotherhood of Greenwater organization rests on principals held honorary throughout time. It shall unite diverse communities with common goals and connect ganja masters spread through the hills and valleys of our homeland of USA.
The organization shall consist of individuals with open minds, calm curiosity, respect for the earth, and understanding in serenity of the cosmos. Members shall be ranked as Partakers, Masters, Admirals, and Elders. Everyone enters as a partaker, through observance of life and the sacred ritual they may become a Master. There will be four Elders and two Admirals whose positions will cycle by judge of the elders. However if any Elder is not fulfilling his position according to our sacred principals he can be removed from his seat by popular vote, vice versa someone can occupy a seat by popular vote. Masters will be assigned Partakers and oversee their progression in use and respect of cannabis as well as a serene graceful flow in life. Admirals will be deployed on missions by Elders for common goals and betterment of the Brotherhood. Elders will govern towards what direction the brotherhood takes but must respect and value the opinions of their fellow Masters and thusly have the respect and attention of the Masters.
