Tring RC is a small friendly club based in Herts. We enjoy all types of running but especially off road in the Chiltern Hills. We meet up for a Club Night every Wednesday and do a wide variety of training runs, races, team events and social activities at other times.
Please remember that the FB group is a member benefit and only paid up members of TRC can join. By keeping the posts run focussed rather than anything goes it also makes the important stuff easier to find. Please remember though that there is a search function to the top of the group page on the right hand side. Really important stuff that the whole club needs to see would always be emailed out to the googlegroup as well.

In general we see this group as having the sort of information posted that you would expect to read in Runner’s World but with a heavy TRC bias. So please post away about local, national and international running events, developments and personalities, training advice, training runs, routes, Strava records, injury questions, run tips, special offers or competitions, parkrun, nutrition, recipes, Garmins/Tom Tom or other run tech - this list is not exhaustive. You can post anything you like as long as it is run related. TRC stuff can also be posted - this would include social stuff like breakfast runs, quizzes, team events etc.
We ask is that you do not post things outside these areas. This could be I have a bike for sale, a holiday let to offer or please support this charity/schoolfundraiser. Your own timeline would be a better place for these posts. Please also do not advertise your business or ask for sponsorship via this group.
