This is a online yard sale for the Jersey shore for people who are looking to trade, sell or buy items. Add all your friends who would be interested in this site. The administrators of this group will not allow any posts that advertise personal businesses or personal gaming such as football and lottery pools, thanks for understanding. We do recommend that you meet in a open and designated spot to sell. Please do not invite them to your home. This site is not responsible for any one who does not follow the rules .LIMIT IS 7000.00

1.Please post interested also the hold and wait time is up to seller,please delete an ad once you have sold it. If you are awaiting a Sale Please Post Pending.
2. 8 hours,for return answer after hitting interested is sufficient time First person to write intrested, size etc. gets first dibs.If they do not respond and want it and have a meet set up after 10 hrs you move to the next intrested party. If the item is not picked up in 3 days seller has the right to resell the item
3. Bumping is permitted every 8 hrs. as long as it is a minimum of 5 items No more than. If their is More than 5 items listed YOU MUST Make a ALBUM. If you Don't do so I will remove it without Warning.
4. This Site is for all items except X-rated items are not permitted Nor are Businesses allowed to list their place or offerings. This is Strictly for Selling items from a Home.
5. please be respectful; no rude comments ,or YOU WILL BE REMOVED!
6.no illegal items alochol etc.if item is questionable I will remove it.
7. When selling an item please make sure that you do the exchange.No one in this group is liable for any decisions you make. If you want to have someone come to your house to buy items You are a adult and make your own choices and everything you chose is on you whatever the outcome maybe. what happens during that meet up where ever it maybe,. I suggest meeting a person at a local place where people are around you such as a Store. if you do decide to have someone come to your house NO ONE is responsible for the outcome but you. NO ONE is at fault for ANYTHING but YOU.This Page and Administrators are not responsible . You are responsible for your own actions and decisions on your meet ups.
8. If you are going to ship an item to a buyer the buyer must pay for all shipping cost we do not recommend that you ship items anything should be done locally
9. Please give as much info as you can such as location cost size the more info you can give the less questions people will have for you . Location is Very Important
