Know what you're selling and how much you want before posting. If it's been in storage for years, take it out and see what's there!! Also, if it's in a condition where even you wouldn't buy it, don't sell it. Make sure it's clean before you list it please and thank you!! Who wants to buy a grungy high chair??
*DO NOT mark sold or pending pickup unless you have gotten the buyer's information first. I delete this on sight to keep the group cleaner. It is not my fault if you didn't do this first. Any further complaints will result in bannings.
Sellers: ALWAYS include a price with your item. If I don't see a price, it's deleted. Buyers: Keep the bartering reasonable and don't complain if a price is too high for you. $2 for a TV? No.
No business advertising. If you're only here to advertise your business, you won't last long. Try What's Happening, Minnedosa linked below. It's not that we don't want it here, but it takes away from people trying to buy and sell items one on one.
Out of town sellers, be prepared to deliver your items if you wish to advertise on here. I've had too many complaints about this. If the buyer can pick them up, that's fine but again, if they can't, be prepared to deliver. Putting Pickup only on posts helps as well.
