Our Bootcamps are a fun effective way to get in shape, get fit and lose weight. Our 45-60 minute bootcamps are structured so that people of all fitness levels will get a challenging workout. Using Spy Law Park as our gym we will put you through your paces with a combination of bodyweight exercises, High intensity interval training, cardio and core exercises to make sure you get a balanced full body workout.
We make sure you are working to your maximum ability so that you get the most out of your workout!
