Please note that bloated belly pictures are no longer allowed and will be removed.I understand that people are trying to make a point but these pictures are unsightly and it is only necessary to describe this symptom using words.Pictures are not necessary.
I have decided that from now on NO links to other FB groups will be allowed at any time (relevant or otherwise) because some members have repeatedly been ignoring the rules about this.Any member who posts about another group or page will be removed without warning.

I welcome constructive suggestions on how to run the group better but am not prepared to accept negative and petty criticism of myself or any other member.Anybody who does this will be removed without warning.

Can we please avoid swear words in posts,particularly the F And C words.Repeat offenders will be removed without warning.I am not against humorous posts but can we please avoid the ones that seem to rely on the F word to be funny.
If any member has a problem with another member can they please message me about it rather than posting in the group ,because I may not see the post,however,I do check my messages regularly.I am quite happy for pm to be used for this purpose.
