IMPORTANT: Unlike the other garage sale sites we dont have a weekly meet up..It is the BUYERS and SELLERS responsibility to set up arrangements for their items (just like craigslist) please note if you are out of the area it is your responsibility if you like an item you travel the distance!! Rules are first to respond gets first dibs on the item..if they dont respond within 12 HOURS of posting their interest, you move on to the next interested..I dont expect anyone to hold anything for anyone only to find out the person became un-interested and the seller lost other prespective buyers in the process..I understand these are still rough economic times and most of us are selling to compensate!

SELLING ON THE SITE:
1.If selling more than TWO item, please make an album!!!!There are two ways to do this:
a) up by the post comment box, click on "Add Photo/Video", create photo album.
b)up below group name is a link (#)Photos, click on that and on the page of photos, on the upper right side there's a link "Upload Photos"
You will get to name your album after you've uploaded your pictures.
c) Please put your info in the caption part and not the comment part PLEASE DO POST YOUR ASKING PRICE AND INFORMATION IN THE SPACE PROVIDED!
2. Add caption to the picture you can edit them by enlarge the picture. The edit is next to "Like"/"Comment"/"Unfollow Post" links
3. Please try to use private messaging if possible to arrange meet up or pick up detail. Try not to post your address as this is not a private group.
4. Please give the Buyer 24 hours to get back to u for pick up. Not every one gets on fb every day. also please give the buyer at least 3 days to pick up. its up to the seller if they want to hold longer then that. after 3 days if they dont pick up then go to next buyer in less u told the buyer that u would hold it longer.
5. DELETE the photo once an item is sold and/or picked up.
