- room, studio, appartment?
- are the facilities (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) shared and with how many people?
- what is the price per month (and specify if you are talking about including gas, electricity and water or not!)
- street name
- a photograph of the room
We'll be very critical of messages not containing these factors, and will probably remove them, since these guidelines are meant to help international students find housing quickly and not first have to message back and forth a million times!
