welcome to the north/east and fountain city online yardsale im will stewart and and my wife amanda stewart will be the administrators of this group this will be a efficent ran group with rules to be made so everybody can sell their items and have a on duty administrator who will run it the right way the purpose of me making this group is to make my new fountain city yardsale ran more better then the other one so that way its more better going and theres an adminstrator on the page to keep all the problems off the group the rules are as follows
1. if you put sold on a post that means u wanna buy it do not put sold if u aint serious about buying it people do not have time for games waisting gas for no shows if u do not show up and i get proof u did not show u will be banned from the group period.
2. this is not a group for disrespect if i see or have proof of any of this u will be banned from the group sexist comments disrespect toward a group member threats or harrassment will not be tolerated and i will ban u from the group.
3.there will be no advertisement of anykind this is a yardsale yardsale stuff only i will give a warning next time u will get banned.
4. if u agree to sell that person a straight price on an item like a price u post then u cant break that agreement it not right and fair to that person u will get a warning after that u will be banned u can only accept offers if u dont have an agreement with anybody else.
