Hi and welcome to your local RunJunkEes® Run Club Group. This chapter was established to offer a more localized service as compared to the larger RunJunkEes®
Run Club(www.facebook.com/groups/runjunkeesrun). This chapter group is not intended to take place of the larger group but we hope that it will keep you betterinformed on a local level. Your group admin is committed to providing you will local information including upcoming races, meet ups with other local run clubs,discounts he or she may have obtain for you as a local RunJunkEe and hopefully many other things.We encourage you to share information (local) here. Questions pertaining to training, nutrition, injury, etc. should be discussed in the Run Club mentioned above.
As with all other things RunJunkEes® there are only two requirements to be here;
have a passion for running and be committed to treating fellow members with respect.

for other local chapters to find out about local events, run groups, places to run, etc.Please remember to use good common sense and be safe when deciding to meet
