5. Only 3 posts per person per week old posts need deleting before new 1s authorised this is including businesses so if you have 3 business posts then no personal posts will b authorised until 1 post is removed.
6. Please ensure sizes, prices, area and whether willing to deliver or collection:meet up is required within 5miles of village is stated on all posts to help buyers see where items are more for people outside the 5mile radius
7. When someone shows interest in your item by commenting they should get first refusal on that item unless they state otherwise or they have just tagged someone as alot of people have sold items overtop of someone else and this can be unfair you have 48hrs to let the seller know if you want an item otherwise refusal goes to next in line!! Also no selling via inbox/pm as this is not fair on people commenting on posts if advertised on other groups pls state this so ppl know.
8. Once you have agreed sale and item is exchanged please DELETE YOUR POST as Linda Smith can vouch it takes us admin forever to go through old posts to delete them
