This group is for those wanting to share their experiences and uses of doTERRA essential oils (please no solicitations from other reps) + those who follow LA Healthy Living blog. We can talk about uses for oils in DIY Homemade Beauty recipes and for use in healing!
This group is about taking more responsibility for our families' health on top of what I post about real food.
This page is strictly about doTERRA Essential oils and it is the brand I recommend. Whenever a particular oil is talked about on here, we are always, 100% of the time, referring to doTERRA oils.
OILY CAUTIONS: If an essential oil gets in your eye, dilute with a carrier oil like V-6, Olive or coconut oils. do not pour oils into the ear canal that might pool at the ear drum either. Diluted around the opening is recommended instead.
