The rules are simple and easy to follow..
1. When posting include the following: Price, location, and proper description of the item.
2. This is not the place for bidding, this is NOT ebay.. Place a price and if you offer best offer that is fine but do not take a price that someone is offering higher..
3. Be reasonable. If you are not located in the surrounding areas and you are listing an item make sure you let them know if you are willing to meet
4. Dont be rude. This is a selling site. Rude remarks will not be tolerated.
5. The admins cannot babysit you.. We are adults looking to sell our items. If we have issues please contact one of us but most problems can be handled by just following the simple rules.
6. If you decide you are no longer interested PLEASE PLEASE let the person know. Dont just stand them up. Its rude and that person would rather move on then wasting their time on someone that is not going to show up just because they are afraid to say they no longer want the item.
7. Buyer can refuse to buy item if they decide to after seeing it. I recommend testing and looking through every item before handing money over to anyone.

Please Read... BUSINESS & RENTAL ADVERTISING POLICY CHANGES:
1. Business & Rental advertising will only be allowed 3 days per week, effective immediately.
2. Business & Rental advertising will be allowed on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays ONLY!
3. Non-Compliant postings on days other than listed above, Will Be Removed and repeat offenders May Be Removed and blocked from the group!
4. Please do not "BUMP" a previous allowed post on an off day, if you do... the original post will be removed and you run the risk of being removed as well for non-compliance of the groups rules.
5. You may only post your Business or Rental posting ONCE PER DAY on the approved days, please do not try to circumvent this rule by posting the same business or rental listing with different pictures, your postings will be removed for that day, and repeat offenders.... well you get the picture by now!
6. Livestock, Household pets and pet adoption type postings will also only be allowed on business days. (Lost & Found pet postings may be posted any day)
7. If you feel that there was a violation of this rule, please let myself or another Admin. know and we will make a determination and take appropriate actions!
