This is a forum to buy and sell gently used items. It is designed for New Albany, OH and surrounding area sellers. The group has voted against handmade items, business promotions, retail sales, internet links, external page links, or service type of offers please. Those posts will be deleted immediately along with the person posting, without further explanation.
All we ask is that you:
1- Be courteous and polite
2- Post your general pick up location so buyers can take it into consideration before they bid
3- First commitment to buy gets first dibs (not just questions, but an actual commitment to buy. "Interested" does not hold your spot, it's too vague.
4- Delete old posts or sold items upon payment and pickup
5- Refrain from promoting your business or items that are not appropriate for the site. Occasional trunk sales, sample sales, etc. are like garage/clearance sales to me, so I don't have an issue with those types of posts if they are few and far between.
6- Keep it legal, no counterfeit items.
7- Pay the price you commit to (this isn't an auction) and pick up/pay the seller in a reasonable amount of time.
8- Buyer beware. Ask the seller for an original receipt, certificate of authenticity etc when buying name brand items such as a purse or sunglasses, etc. Buyer assumes all risk.
9- Admin is not responsible or liable for posts or transactions in any way and has no interest in "policing" this site, but reserves the right to delete any posts or members posting inappropriate content, or misusing the site in any way. Buyer assumes all risk.
10- Items may be bumped once every 30 days
11- Posts over 45 days old are subject to admin deletion.
12- Complaints may lead to the removal of a group member without notice.
13. The group voted YES for local (in or near New Albany, OH) lost pet notices, and YES on rehoming domestic pets. Seller should provide vet records and a vet reference to the buyer. Buyer should pay a fee. No pet sales for profit, this is simply for rehoming a pet in need of a new home. Please rehome your pet responsibly.
