[What is this group about?]
It was started by three splitters, Elly, Monica and Keedon from different cities around the world who came together with a common belief in delivering quality splits, shipped worldwide. They were then joined by Rachel several months after, a member of this group who stepped up to the role. Together this is a place crafted on trust, where only good decanters are found unrestrained by common forum restrictions in their work. This is also a place for proposals and requests, friendship and education in the art of splits.

[The Oath of a Quality Splitter]
I shall RESPECT my fellow splitters by:
- Not starting a split of something that is currently active (with slots to fill) offered by another splitter; should I wish to do a duplicate split still, I shall contact that splitter and work out a harmonious plan with priority given to close his/her bottle before I start mine.
I shall HELP my fellow splitters by:
- Making referrals as much as possible
- Point out a cheaper alternative when possible
I shall ENHANCE the quality of splits in this group by:
- Sharing improved techniques in splitting with fellow splitters
I shall IMPROVE this group by:
- Expanding the members pool when possible
- Nominate other quality splitters into this group when fit
- Moderate this group when necessary
[Rules for Decanters]
- Adhere to the Oath of a Quality Splitter
- No limit to the no. of splits offered
- No limit to the no. of bumps per split
- Delete splits that are no longer done
- Always offer the option of international mailing
[Rules for Members]
- Do not window shop (enquire and engage but with no intent in purchasing)
- Do not post sale/ split without permission from the moderators
- Read the rules carefully in each split and respect the decanters' organisation
- Do invite other members to this group
- Make regular suggestions of improvements
- Help the splitters by making referrals when possible
[Rules for Guest Splitters/Sales]
Upon the agreement between the admins, the following are constructed
- Only 5 members are allowed to host splits OR sales at any time point
- 1 split/ sale doc per head
- Splits/ sales will expire in 1 month, starting from the first day of listing, and be removed unless special circumstances.
- First come first serve basis; contact admins to apply. Waiting list exist.
- To follow the Oath and rules for decanters as above
- For splits: only 1 house can be chosen, though fragrances and bottles are unlimited under this house
- For sales: only 1 doc can be listed. No limits to decants/ bottles on display
