Welcome to the Hacienda/ La puente online yard sale. Your administrators for this group are as followed: Mona Brundige, Marie Erazo, Gena Campos and Myself Esme's Treasures.
THis is a 626 group only All items need to be sold within the 626 area. Everyone who is outside of the area needs to meet within the 626 for posts to be approved.
I Esme's Treasures will be choosing one post a week to feature on the cover of the Group. Once Item has been sold please advise.
Rules are as followed:
1. All listings REQUIRE a price, location, and open to trades. NO MAKE AN OFFER this is not an auction site. Those who place Make and Offer will be banned from the group.
2. The word “BUMP” will only be allowed every 24 hours. WE DONT allow . , or tagging someone on your actual post to bump your post to the top. This also means if a customer hasn’t responded to your post you are not allowed to type ANYTHING to make your post move to the top. If your item has not been sold after 5 bumps you are allowed to delete your post and repost it. DO NOT DELETE BUMPS YOU WILL BE BANNED
3. ABSOLUTELY no Duplicate posts. Duplicates will be deleted.
4. ANY TYPE OF SCAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
5. We dont allow animals to be sold or be free in this group.
6. Personal business or any business posts are only allowed once a week. Bump your business every week if you decide to add a special please remove the old one and add the new one. All Business related post need to have a FACEBOOK PAGE to be allowed.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS: anything that is illegal. NO alcohol and tobacco as well as any and all tobacco paraphernalia, including pipes, vapes, hookas, etc. ALL weaponry (guns, knives, etc.) are also prohibited. ABSOLUTELY NO CRIBS MAY BE SOLD BECAUSE OF RECALLS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO VERIFY IF THEY ARE RECALLED. If you are caught you will IMMEDIATELY be banned from the group.
8. ONCE your item has been sold either remove it or type in SOLD so one of the admins are able to delete it for you.
9. BUYERS BEWARE! Items are as is and they are final sale, unless otherwise stated by the seller. Inspecting items before you buy is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
10. NO SHOWS: You may report any member that does not show up NOR contacts you at your scheduled meet time by sending a message to the FOLDER that says NO SHOWS. They will be automatically removed from the group. We will not tolerate anyone who is not a no show. The file is available for all members to view under the "Files" tab, and opening the document labeled "NO SHOWS". When reporting please include the member's first AND last name, AND the date of the scheduled meeting with proof.
11. We will not accept any foul language on this site. No nudes, No fighting. If you are caught you will be banned.
12. DO NOT DISRESPECT ANYONE ON ANY POST. YOU WILL BE BANNED NO WARNINGS
