PREAMBLE
The police old students association was initiated within time frame of May/June 2007. It is a non - governmental association formed by a group of students who passed out from police children school owerri, the pioneers were mostly comprised of 03/04 set pupils of P.C.S.
They had the common goal of showing gratitude for the virtue of passing through P.C.S even though there young pioneers faced a lot of challenges, as they were secondary school students,they still continued in their relentless quest to make the association stand. They held a couple of meetings which led to the inauguration of P.O.S.A on of july 07. After the inauguration,the pioneers still weren't finding it easy to keep up with the demands of their studies and the welfare of the association.
Between 2010/11, a good number of there pioneers got tertiary institution admissions, & this should have been the last stroke that broke the camel's back, but the passion still kept them together.
Having passed through the test of time & challenges, it became obvious that POSA was meant to be, & a constitution would be needed to outstanding it's sovereignty.

AIM & OBJECTIVES
.To be a role model body of positive influences which the present day pupils must look up to
.To help in the proclamation of good virtues gotten from PCS
.To execute both physical and humanitarian projects in PCS
.To act as a heart feeling body, which may profer solutions to issues facing PCS
.To avail all ex-pupils the opportunity of social togetherness and mutual benefits.
.To create new ideas on how a primary school pupil can be an important instrument of positive change and development in the society.
.To promote,enhance and protect the image of our school and extreme obedience to the rule of law..
