1) Please remove your items once they are sold!!
2) please make an album instead of posting the pictures individually. (Click on add photo above the wall area and one of your options will be create album..click on that!)
3) Only bump your album. We all check this site fairly often per day and would like to be able to see the new postings. While we appreciate that everyone would like to sell their items, please do not comment on each individual item but just the ALBUM which will bump it automatically thanks.
4) While we can understand some people may have their privacy settings set so strangers cannot message them one on one, for the sake of sales, if you list something, make it available to inbox you about it. Any time that you list something and it is reported to one of the admin that there is no way to contact you privately, your listing will be removed.
5) Business Members are only allowed to post in the " DOC" section not on our wall! (we welcome your promo's, contests, give-a-ways, etc but in the Doc section please)
6) If you cannot follow the rules put in place to make things fair to everyone you will be removed by the admin!!!
7) Please refrain from leaving personal opinions---this site is for buying and selling or giving away----if you are not interested in acquiring an item please do not comment on it or post and opinion. This will not be tolerated!!!
8) Please make sure you list prices and all information with your items or they will have to be removed.

FYI
Just because you are the first person to comment on something doesn't mean that you are the first to contact the seller. Some people inbox instead of commenting. Both buyers and sellers need to be fair and respectful of each other. If people fail to do so, they will be removed from the group. Also, sellers are allowed to ask whatever they want for their items..if you don't like it, don't buy it..simple as that!
