In 2010 two complete strangers began to travel down the same road. The road to a fit lifestyle! Though social media via Facebook they began to encourage each other, and cheer each other along! So when I say you don't have to know someone to encourage them I am a living witness to it. Those two strangers were Bernika James Stokes & myself! The administrators of this page.
We realize that the power of encouragement is so strong and needed amongst women and especially fit sisters! That is why we decided to start this group to encourage others on their fitness journey through encouragement,motivation and inspiration! We hope that in someway this page can help someone and change their life in a positive way!
