“Energy Management - ENEMA” is a multilateral project, developed with the participation of 5 partners from Romania, Turkey, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Italy and Lithuania which will take place from 05.05.2013 to 05.03.2014 in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania. The target group consists of 30 young (24 participants + 6 group leaders) from the 6 communities, which in a period of eight days will implement activities in a common framework based on a double theme: Environement and antrepreneurship and oportunities of personal and community developpement. The project aim is to promote an Eco concept amoung youth people for the exploitation of biodiversity in the framework of the renewable energy sources. The objectives set for our project are consistent with the overall objectives of the Programme "Youth in Action", as follows: promoting active citizenship of young people through participation in activities in a common framework, develops solidarity and promote tolerance among young people, especially in to strengthen social cohesion in the European Union, equality and tolerance, fosters mutual understanding between young people from different countries by taking some common behavioral patterns, and thus promoting European cooperation in youth. Mentioned objectives will be developed and fulfilled through the following activities set out in our project: workshops, teambuildings, seminars, round tables, thematic visits, photovoice, open space, public caffee, Local council meeting, intercultural and national evenings which will have a significant impact on physical and intellectual development of youth group target, evaluation activities. All these activities will be met using non – formal methods which will generate in a continous way new competences, an active spirit, creating also new opportunities for a better collaboration at European level and also new antrepreneurship opportunities.
